Responsibilities
- Build and manage an experienced sales team
- Develop the company’s territory strategy for sales reps
- Recruit, lead, and develop the sales team
- Balance team management with customer interfacing calls
- Collaborate with extended sales team to generate new business opportunities
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in sales management roles
- 6 or more direct reports in a fast-paced, competitive environment
- Demonstrated achievement in leading team quotas
- Extensive experience negotiating large, complex deals
- History of strategic collaboration with OEMs and multifunctional teams
- Self-starter who maintains high standards
- BA/BS degree or higher
- Ability to travel 50%+ of the time
