Senior Discovery Attorney

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Discovery Attorney to join our Business Litigation team in Cincinnati, Cleveland, Columbus, or Dayton.

Responsibilities

• Spanning all phases of the Electronic Discovery Reference Model (EDRM)
• Conducting custodian interviews and data mapping exercises
• Cooking forensically sound preservation and collection efforts with digital forensic vendors and client IT personnel
• Understanding proper data processing and culling procedures
• Managing both linear and technology-assisted review (TAR) projects within Relativity, including overseeing review teams and quality control through production
• Negotiating and drafting ESI protocols and production specifications

Requirements

• At least four years of experience spanning all phases of the Electronic Discovery Reference Model (EDRM)
• Hands-on experience managing both linear and technology-assisted review (TAR) projects within Relativity
• Experience negotiating and drafting ESI protocols and production specifications
• Admitted, active, and in good standing in Ohio

Qualifications

• Strong background in ESI identification
• Understanding of proper data processing and culling procedures
• Experience coordinating forensically sound preservation and collection efforts with digital forensic vendors and client IT personnel
• Experience managing both linear and technology-assisted review (TAR) projects within Relativity
• Experience negotiating and drafting ESI protocols and production specifications
• Admitted, active, and in good standing in Ohio

Skills

• Strong legal research and writing skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Pay

The estimated annual salary range for this position in Ohio is $105,000 - $115,000. Exact salary will be determined by the experience and skillset of the candidate.
