Discovery Attorney
Candidates must be licensed to practice law in Washington State (Washington State bar admission). We encourage candidates with 4+ years of experience to apply. Compensation for highly experienced candidates may be considered above the expected hiring range.
Pay
- Expected Hiring Range: $125,000 - $175,000 yearly
- Broad Pay Range: $125,000 - $250,000+
- Signing bonus for direct hires

We seek an experienced and detail-oriented Attorney to join our team in our Discovery Department. This role plays a critical part in supporting clients in family law matters, managing the discovery process alongside your own dedicated discovery paralegal, and providing case support.
Requirements
- Licensed to practice law in Washington State (Washington State bar admission)
- 4+ years of experience (encouraged to apply)
- Experience in civil litigation or family law
- Litigation, discovery, and/or clerking experience
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Passion for helping clients
