Applicant Attorney

We are seeking a skilled Applicant Attorney to join our highly regarded firm in Los Angeles, Orange County, or Riverside County. This role involves representing clients in workers' compensation cases, ensuring the best outcomes through legal expertise and advocacy.

Responsibilities

• Represent applicants in workers' compensation claims and cases
• Conduct thorough legal research and analysis
• Prepare and file legal documents in a timely manner
• Advocate for clients during depositions and hearings
• Negotiate settlements with insurance companies
• Maintain accurate case files and documentation
• Provide clients with legal advice and updates on case progress
• Collaborate with medical professionals and experts as necessary

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Active state bar license in good standing
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in workers' compensation law
• Strong understanding of legal procedures and regulations related to workers' compensation
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to handle multiple cases simultaneously
• Experience with depositions is a plus
