Main Responsibilities
- Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement the US HCP marketing strategy for Rhinology/CRSwNP — translating market insights into differentiated messaging and tactical plans for ENT specialists, allergists, and key HCP audiences
- Cross-Functional Partnership: Collaborate with RGA marketing team, Medical Affairs, Sales, Market Access, and LMR review teams to ensure programs are strategically aligned and compliant.
- Brand Planning & Budget: Own the annual HCP brand planning process; manage a significant marketing budget with rigor and clear ROI accountability.
- KOL & HCP Engagement: Together with the Market Development lead, build and execute a KOL strategy with leading ENT surgeons, rhinologists, and allergists — including advisory boards, speaker bureau, peer-to-peer platforms, conferences.
- Omnichannel Campaigns: With the support of the Rhinology product manager, design and execute integrated campaigns across personal promotion, digital advertising, CRM, and emerging channels for a seamless HCP experience.
About You
- Bachelor's required; MBA or advanced degree (MD, PharmD, MPH) preferred
- 8+ years of pharma/biotech experience with demonstrated impact
- 3+ years dedicated HCP marketing or similar
- Proven leadership in a fast-paced, matrixed environment
- Strong omnichannel, analytics, and strategic planning capabilities
- Excellent communication and cross-functional influence skills
