Senior Director, Therapeutic Area

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic oncology drug development program design, delivering tailored solutions
• Own protocol development for oncology clinical trials, including design and evaluation
• Partner with senior client stakeholders to provide expert guidance on oncology strategies
• Act as the scientific and strategic lead in proposal development and bid defense activities
• Build relationships with oncology key opinion leaders and regulatory bodies
• Contribute to new oncology-focused service offerings to support area growth
• Provide training, mentorship, and thought leadership in oncology to teams and clients

Qualifications

• Deep expertise in oncology drug development, specifically in solid tumors and/or hematologic malignancies
• Strong understanding of oncology clinical trial design and evolving treatment landscapes
• Proven ability to engage with senior stakeholders in a strategic, client-facing manner
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for translating complex data into actionable insights
• Collaborative mindset with cross-functional teamwork abilities in a global context
• MD or PhD required

$150,000 – $200,000 annually
