Senior Director, Clinical Practice & Therapeutic Standards

About the role

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Director, Clinical Practice & Therapeutic Standards to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space. This senior leadership role will shape the clinical standards that guide therapy delivery across the organization. The individual will partner closely with clinical leaders, training teams, and other stakeholders to strengthen evidence-based practice, clinician development, and care quality. The role will also use data and feedback to identify opportunities to improve consistency, competency, and outcomes across therapeutic services.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Responsibilities

• Define and improve therapy frameworks and clinical practice standards
• Develop clinician competency frameworks across specialties
• Drive adoption of evidence-based practices through resources and training
• Leverage data to identify care improvement opportunities
• Support training and certification resources for clinical practices
• Design onboarding and continuing education aligned with clinical needs
• Foster professional growth through mentorship and leadership development

Qualifications

• Advanced clinical degree (PhD, PsyD) or equivalent experience
• 8-10+ years in clinical leadership or behavioral health roles
• Expertise in evidence-based psychotherapy modalities (CBT, DBT, etc.)
• Experience designing and implementing clinical training programs
• Strong communication skills for diverse audiences
• Ability to influence stakeholders across teams without direct authority
• Commitment to inclusivity and cultural sensitivity

Pay

$210,000 – $225,000 annually
