Responsibilities
Service Line Strategy and Operations
- Develop and implement annual and multiyear plans for therapy services, including pediatric occupational, physical, and speech-language therapy and future program expansion.
- Set and monitor service line goals for patient access, referral conversion, scheduling, productivity, clinical outcomes, patient experience, and sustainable growth.
- Oversee consistent operational practices, capacity planning, service integration, documentation standards, and performance improvement across therapy programs.
- Partner with Medical Operations, finance, and other leaders to support effective workflows, staffing models, site operations, and community partnerships.
