We need to include sections: About the role (maybe the introductory paragraph), Responsibilities, Requirements (Education & Licensure), Qualifications (Preferred Qualifications), Skills (maybe from Preferred Qualifications?), Benefits, Pay, Schedule.
But we must only include sections when posting has real specific content. We have:
- About the role: we have description of role and why join. Could be "About the role". We'll include that.
- Responsibilities: we have list.
- Requirements: Education & Licensure (mandatory). Could be "Requirements". We'll include.
- Qualifications: Preferred Qualifications. Could be "Qualifications". We'll include.
- Skills: maybe we can extract leadership, communication etc. But those are already in Preferred Qualifications. Could combine. But we could create a Skills section from those bullet points: Excellent leadership, communication, conflict resolution, and team-building skills; Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams. However that duplicates. The instruction: Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. So maybe we skip Skills and incorporate into Qualifications. But we need to follow headings list: we can include Skills if we have content. We have leadership/communication etc. Could be separate but might be thin. Better to include Skills as part of Qualifications? The instruction: Use headings for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It says "e.g." meaning those are examples, not mandatory. We can choose which to include. So we can include About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Skills maybe omitted if not distinct.
Pay: we have competitive compensation up to $120,000 annually. Also Advanced Pay Option, Annual Merit Increases. That's pay info. So we can include Pay section.
Benefits: we have list of benefits.
Schedule: we have Full Time, 1st Shift. So include Schedule.
We must not repeat job title as heading. Not include Job ID etc.
We must preserve all substantive information. So we need to include location? Possibly in About the role or maybe as a paragraph. The location is substantive. Should we include it? The instruction: preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. So we need to include location somewhere. Could be in About the role paragraph.
Also Disciplines: PTA, OTA, or PT. That's substantive. Should include.
Also maybe "Family Makes Us Stronger" is fluff but still substantive? It's more cultural. Could be included in About the role or maybe separate but we can incorporate.
We must remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning, duplicated lines, application instructions. So remove "Apply Today", "Apply now", EEO paragraph, etc.
Also remove "Primary Location South Carolina-Columbia", "Schedule Full-time", "Shift 1st Shift", "Job Posting Sep 21, 2026, 5:59:16 PM", "Work Locations TS SN Blythewood" maybe duplicates of location and schedule; but we already have location and schedule. However they are substantive but maybe duplicates. We can keep location and schedule in appropriate sections; we can drop the duplicate lines.
We need to output only HTML fragment.
