Responsibilities
- Lead the development of a next-generation Generative AI platform
- Manage a world-class team of technical program managers
- Drive technology discussions and influence senior leadership
- Identify and mitigate technical delivery risks
- Simplify complex technical concepts for stakeholders
- Foster a strong TPM discipline within the organization
- Collaborate across multiple teams and disciplines
Qualifications
- 9+ years in technical program management
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Experience with distributed computing and cloud services (preferably AWS)
- Strong experience in Agile delivery
- Experience delivering complex programs with significant business impacts
- Background in regulated environments
- AI/ML industry contributions
