Responsibilities
- Lead a cross-organizational initiative to transition the engineering environment into an AI-driven ecosystem
- Orchestrate strategy and execution for seamless data integration and operational visibility
- Transform raw metrics into a proactive AI intelligence layer for software delivery acceleration
- Foster a world-class team of technical program managers focused on real-time experiences
- Engage in technology discussions with senior leadership to provide insights for decision-making
- Simplify complex technical concepts to enable informed decisions among diverse stakeholders
- Promote cross-team collaboration to ensure successful program execution
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in a related technical field (Computer Science, Software Engineering)
- At least 9 years of experience managing technical programs
- 9+ years designing and building data-intensive solutions using distributed computing
- 5+ years leading experienced technical program management teams
- 5+ years of experience with Agile delivery
- 5+ years delivering large complex programs with cross-functional teams
- Experience building systems within a highly regulated environment
