Responsibilities
- Lead the development of a next-generation Generative AI platform
- Build and lead a world-class technical program management team
- Identify and mitigate technical risks during program delivery
- Engage senior leadership in technology-focused discussions
- Collaborate across multiple functions to simplify complex issues
- Drive accountability and results throughout program execution
- Establish and expand the TPM discipline within the organization
Qualifications
- At least 9 years of experience in technical program management
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a related technical field (e.g., Computer Science, Software Engineering)
- 9+ years designing data-intensive solutions using distributed computing
- 5+ years in building distributed systems & highly available services, preferably using AWS
- 5+ years of experience delivering complex programs involving cross-functional collaboration
- Experience in regulated environments
- AI/ML industry impact through various professional contributions
