Senior Director, Strategic Capture – Training and Readiness Solutions

For a leader in the Aerospace & Defense space, we are seeking a Senior Director of Strategic Capture – Training and Readiness Solutions to support revenue growth through customer focus, relationship development, and disciplined commercial execution. You will collaborate with sales, customer, product, and operational partners to identify opportunities, solve problems, and improve outcomes.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue large-scale Federal business opportunities in training and readiness
• Build and maintain a strategic pipeline of $500M+ opportunities
• Lead multiple priority captures from qualification to award
• Formulate integrated, enterprise-scale training solutions across company capabilities
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to create compelling value propositions

Qualifications

• 10+ years of Federal business development and capture experience, particularly with DoD
• Successful track record of leading $500M+ complex Federal pursuits
• Deep understanding of the Federal training and readiness market, including warfighter training and digital learning
• Established, active relationships within major DoD acquisition ecosystems
• Exceptional matrix leadership, negotiation, and communication skills

Pay

$250,000 – $300,000 annually
