About the team
The Strategic Digital Markets sales team partners with organizations within the Digital Markets framework to address and solve complex risk problems. The Digital Markets framework includes companies in segments such as Technology, Payments, Retail/Ecommerce, Fintech, Buy Now Pay Later, Crypto, Prepaid Debit, and Merchant Processing. The team sells solutions including fraud, identity, credit risk, and AML.
About the role
The Senior Director of Sales ensures consistent growth in sales revenue through planning, coaching, and management of Strategic Sales employees, customers, and prospects. This position develops short- and long-term strategies to enable the execution of the sales team’s goals and reports to the Vice President of Digital Markets Sales.
Responsibilities
- Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.
- Develop, maintain, and communicate strategic sales plans in partnership with your team to support internal and external success.
- Manage the sales funnel and pipeline, accurately forecast revenue, and provide scheduled updates to sales leadership on a weekly and monthly basis.
- Establish and maintain ongoing strategic customer relationships to support short- and long-term success.
- Collaborate internally with key partners such as market planning, product, marketing, and operations to support customer and sales team needs, leading escalation requests when appropriate.
- Develop and communicate key strategies and account plans to sales leadership on a regular and timely basis.
- Maintain an understanding of Business Services Strategic Sales established and evolving markets to develop effective sales strategies that keep pace with changing marketplace needs.
- Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies, procedures, and applicable laws, including interviewing, hiring, training, planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; and addressing complaints and resolving problems.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales Management, or equivalent experience preferred.
- Extensive experience working in one or more of the Digital Markets segments preferred.
- 7+ years of experience in sales management.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Thorough knowledge of all facets of sales and marketing of company products.
- Expertise in a variety of the field’s concepts, practices, and procedures.
- Proven ability to penetrate new accounts.
- Experience in face-to-face consultative selling and needs identification at multiple levels of an organization.
- Experience in formulating and implementing winning strategic sales and marketing plans.

Pay
U.S. National Base Pay Range: $144,200 – $267,900. Total Target Cash Range: $221,900 – $412,100. Geographic differentials apply in some locations to reflect local market rates. Pay mix between base and variable pay varies by sales role.
- Colorado: Base Pay Range $144,200 – $267,900; Total Target Cash Range $221,900 – $412,100.
- Illinois: Base Pay Range $151,500 – $281,200; Total Target Cash Range $233,000 – $432,700.
- Chicago, IL: Base Pay Range $158,600 – $294,700; Total Target Cash Range $244,100 – $453,300.
- Maryland: Base Pay Range $151,500 – $281,200; Total Target Cash Range $233,000 – $432,700.
- New York: Base Pay Range $158,600 – $294,700; Total Target Cash Range $244,100 – $453,300.
- New York City: Base Pay Range $165,900 – $308,000; Total Target Cash Range $255,100 – $473,900.
- Rochester, NY: Base Pay Range $137,000 – $254,500; Total Target Cash Range $210,700 – $391,500.
- Ohio: Base Pay Range $137,000 – $254,500; Total Target Cash Range $210,700 – $391,500.
- New Jersey: Base Pay Range $174,559 – $278,841; Total Target Cash Range $280,665 – $448,335.
