Senior Director, Property & Asset Management

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Director, Property & Asset Management to join the team of a leader in the Real Estate & Construction space. This role will provide strategic leadership for a large healthcare-focused property management portfolio, with responsibility for multi-regional operations and occupier services. The Senior Director will help define best practices, strengthen building operations, and elevate service delivery across a complex portfolio. This position partners closely with corporate clients, tenants, landlords, and internal teams to drive operational excellence and portfolio performance. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $150,000 – $175,000 annually Responsibilities Oversee property management and occupier services for a large healthcare portfolio Provide strategic oversight across a multi-regional property management operation Establish and refine best practices to drive operational excellence Lead financial management efforts including budget creation and variance analysis Manage relationships and negotiations with tenants and landlords Enhance occupant experience through compliance and operational excellence Foster collaborative environments and develop strategic partnerships Qualifications Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s, MBA, or advanced degree preferred 10+ years of progressive commercial property management experience, particularly in healthcare or medical office settings 5+ years in leadership roles managing property management teams and multi-site portfolios Proven skills in property management and building operations Experience working with corporate clients to achieve real estate performance objectives Proven track record of managing tenant and landlord relationships and delivering occupier services Experience with budget management, financial analysis, and portfolio optimization Benefits 401(k) plan with matching contributions Comprehensive Medical, Dental & Vision Care Paid parental leave at 100% of salary Paid Time Off and Company Holidays Early access to earned wages through Daily Pay Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
