Senior Director, Product & Professional Services FP&A

This role will support financial discipline around P&L visibility, margin improvement, and business performance in the healthcare space. You will partner with executive leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to improve planning processes, financial discipline, controls, and resource allocation.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary FP&A partner for Product and Professional Services leadership
• Connect product strategy and services economics into a comprehensive financial narrative
• Collaborate with Product leadership on pricing, enhancement cases, and roadmap priorities
• Oversee planning, forecasting, and performance management aligned with corporate standards
• Lead a recurring review of product and implementation economics linked to financial performance
• Build and maintain product-line economic models and track key performance metrics
• Own workforce and capacity models while adhering to corporate FP&A governance

Qualifications

• 10+ years of finance experience in product, professional services, or enterprise software industries
• Experience partnering with senior executives on planning, margin improvement, or pricing analysis
• Strong knowledge of services economics, utilization, implementation capacity, and time-to-value
• Preferred experience in private equity-backed or operationally complex environments
• Proficient in financial modeling, capacity planning, and KPI development

Pay

$190,000 – $210,000 annually
