About the role
This senior leadership role will shape the strategy and execution of People Operations across the organization. The position will focus on building scalable HR systems, improving employee services, and enabling leaders with clear workforce insights. It will also partner closely with cross-functional teams to strengthen operational efficiency, support growth, and deliver a seamless employee experience in a highly regulated environment.
Responsibilities
- Set strategy and vision for People Operations, including HR systems and employee services
- Develop reporting and tools that provide workforce insights for informed decision-making
- Optimize People systems for scalability and a seamless employee experience
- Build scalable People processes to improve efficiency and consistency
- Use automation and AI to improve processes and employee engagement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on workforce planning and strategic initiatives
- Oversee benefits and compliance within HR practices to support operational excellence and legal standards
Qualifications
- 10-15+ years of experience in People Operations or HR Operations, with leadership experience in high-growth environments
- Deep expertise in HR systems and people analytics with a focus on operational efficiency
- Experience scaling People infrastructure in technology-driven organizations
- Proven ability to leverage AI and automation to enhance employee experience
- Strong knowledge of compliance, benefits administration, and multi-state HR regulations
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Strong change management and operational transformation skills

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Compensation: $201,900 – $263,000 annually
