About the role
This role will shape the strategy and execution of People Operations across the employee lifecycle, with a strong emphasis on HR systems, analytics, and operational excellence. You will build scalable processes that improve efficiency, strengthen data integrity, and support a high-quality employee experience. This position also partners closely with Finance, IT, and Legal to advance cross-functional initiatives, reporting, and compliance.
Responsibilities
- Set the vision for People Operations, with a focus on HR systems and employee lifecycle management.
- Enhance reporting and analytics capabilities to support talent and workforce planning decisions.
- Optimize People systems to improve data integrity and streamline the employee experience.
- Build scalable People processes that increase efficiency and employee satisfaction.
- Leverage process improvement, AI, and automation to strengthen operational workflows in People Operations.
- Collaborate with Finance, IT, and Legal teams on strategic initiatives and reporting.
- Oversee compliance for benefits and leave administration, ensuring competitive offerings.
Qualifications
- 10-15+ years of experience in People Operations or HR Operations, including leadership experience in high-growth environments.
- Strong expertise in HR systems, people analytics, and operational process design.
- Experience scaling People infrastructure for technology-driven organizations.
- Proven ability to integrate AI and automation into operations to improve efficiency.
- Solid understanding of benefits administration and multi-state HR compliance.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to turn data into actionable insights and improvements.
- Strong communication and change management skills, with experience driving transformation across organizations.

Compensation: $201,900 – $263,000 annually
