Senior Director/ VP, People Operations

About the role

This role will lead HR service delivery with a focus on consistent operations, employee support, and scalable people processes. You will partner with global leaders, HR centers of excellence, and functional stakeholders to create consistent practices across teams and regions.

Responsibilities

• Manage and improve core People operations, including onboarding and offboarding
• Design and implement scalable People processes, policies, and workflows
• Oversee the People technology stack, driving automation for employee experience
• Deliver meaningful workforce analytics to inform organizational health and decision-making
• Lead global benefits programs and collaborate on compensation structures
• Ensure compliance of People processes with labor laws and audit standards

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree or MBA preferred
• 10-15 years of progressive experience in the People space, with 5+ years in a senior operations leadership role
• Strong understanding of labor laws, HR compliance, and operational risk management
• Experience in implementing and optimizing HR systems such as Workday or similar platforms

Pay

$280,000 – $420,000 annually
