Senior Director, PDS Sourcing

About the role

Our client, a leader in the Real Estate & Construction space, is seeking a Senior Director, PDS Sourcing. This leader will oversee enterprise sourcing strategy with a focus on construction and project delivery operations across multiple regions. The role will partner closely with cross-functional teams to improve procurement performance, strengthen supplier relationships, and support investment decisions through market and data-driven insights. It is an important opportunity to shape sourcing practices that drive efficiency, innovation, and organizational capability in a complex real estate environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic sourcing initiatives across multiple regions
• Develop and execute enterprise-wide sourcing strategies
• Champion process innovation and cross-functional collaboration

• Oversee RFP processes and contract negotiations

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred
• 10+ years of strategic sourcing or supply chain leadership experience
• 5+ years in construction management or related industries
• Proven record of delivering results through strategic sourcing
• Deep understanding of project delivery and supply chain dynamics
• Proficiency in procurement platforms and data analytics software

Location: Remote – US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $120,000 – $130,000 annually
