Senior Director, PDS Business System & Capabilities

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and governance of the COMPASS Business & Production System
• Define the multi-year deployment roadmap and operational models
• Ensure COMPASS integrates various management aspects effectively
• Partner with executives to shape deployment strategies and communicate transformation agendas
• Establish governance to monitor adoption and value realization
• Lead the site implementation team and capability-building programs
• Drive cross-functional engagement and workshops to promote COMPASS

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Operations Management, Life Sciences, Supply Chain, or related field
• 12+ years in operational excellence, manufacturing, or related roles
• 7+ years of leadership experience, including cross-functional teams
• Experience in designing and deploying operating systems in complex environments
• Strong executive presence and ability to influence senior leaders
• Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies
• Proven ability to lead change management in regulated environments

Pay

• $227,210 – $275,329 annually
