Senior Director, PDS Business System & Capabilities

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, governance, and deployment of the COMPASS system across PDS
• Define a multi-year strategy and deployment roadmap for COMPASS
• Ensure COMPASS acts as an integrated management system connecting various operational methods
• Partner with senior stakeholders to shape deployment choices and governance cadence
• Establish capability-building programs to drive stakeholder enrollment and change management
• Facilitate workshops and training to enhance COMPASS capabilities
• Translate business priorities into measurable outcomes across various metrics

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Operations Management, Life Sciences, Supply Chain, or related field
• 12+ years in operational excellence or related roles
• 7+ years of leadership experience, including cross-functional transformation teams
• Experience deploying or scaling an operating system in a complex, multi-site environment
• Strong executive presence with the ability to influence senior leaders and align stakeholders
• Deep knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies
• Proven ability to lead change management in a complex environment
