Senior Director, Sourcing
About the role
For our client, we are seeking a Senior Director, Sourcing to join the team of a leader in the Real Estate & Construction space. This leader will own strategic sourcing efforts that support managed services operations and broader client initiatives across a decentralized environment. The role will focus on strengthening supplier performance, improving compliance, and driving disciplined procurement outcomes in partnership with internal stakeholders. The ideal candidate will bring a strong analytical approach, executive presence, and the ability to guide sourcing decisions that improve operational effectiveness and risk management.
Responsibilities
- Support optimization of managed services operations and sourcing strategies
- Lead strategic sourcing programs aligned with client initiatives
- Conduct market trend analysis and present findings to stakeholders
- Guide category management in supplier performance programs
- Drive compliance with sourcing policies, procedures, and risk management
- Coordinate with internal teams for RFP, contracting, and operational processes
- Participate in supplier performance reviews and support procurement initiatives
Qualifications
- 5-7 years of experience in strategic sourcing or related roles; MBA preferred
- Proven leadership ability in decentralized environments
- Strong interpersonal communication and organizational skills
- Excellent analytical skills to guide sourcing strategies and supplier performance
- Experience with project management and business transitions is a plus
- Proficiency in MS Office applications

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Compensation: $100,000 – $125,000 annually
