About the Role
Lead and grow a high-performing Sourcing & Procurement (S&P) team for a large technology client. Work directly with S&P leadership, account leadership, and clients to manage expectations and team deliverables. Provide impactful leadership in a cross-functional and collaborative environment to drive immediate and sustained benefits for the client and JLL. Drive results through S&P program implementation, progress monitoring, operational excellence, and meeting account-level KPIs and goals.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the development and execution of the annual sourcing plan, including benchmarking existing third-party contractor spend against external data points to inform decision-making.
- Identify risks and opportunities for clients/stakeholders and recommend strategies to achieve company goals while mitigating risk.
- Own sourcing compliance and controls, including contract and COI compliance, RFx/process improvements, and adherence to the Procurement Playbook.
- Manage the 3rd Party Supplier Performance Management Program, including collaboration with operations teams to develop scorecards, conduct QBRs, and deliver quarterly reports.
- Ensure all sourcing technology tools are leveraged across assigned accounts.
- Partner with operations teams to provide management, detailed instruction, and follow-up for standardized RFP/bid and contracting processes.
- Develop and maintain systematic, analytical, and results-based methods for tracking savings, monitoring supplier performance, and assessing sourcing effectiveness.
- Recruit, develop, rotate, and retain top S&P talent, including mentoring and creating actionable career development plans.
- Foster an inclusive and collaborative team culture within and outside of direct reports.
- Ensure the client sourcing plan aligns with business objectives and participate in client meetings/strategy sessions.
- Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including account leadership, corporate legal, and risk management.
- Develop and lead complex short-term and long-term sourcing strategies to deliver best-in-class performance.
- Continually assess suppliers through the established supplier performance management program.
Requirements
- 10+ years of strategic sourcing experience for services or indirect categories related to facilities services, with people management experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or Supply Chain Management (MBA preferred).
- CPM, CPSM, or CPSD certification preferred.
- Proficiency in MS applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and e-procurement tools (preferably Jaggaer).
- Willingness to travel within the U.S. (approximately 25%).
