Senior Director, Partnership Marketing, Global Partnerships

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $150,000 – $200,000 annually

About the role

This role will shape brand and customer engagement initiatives that strengthen market presence and business impact. You will collaborate with analytics, product, creative, and commercial teams to turn market insights into scalable campaigns, testing strategies, and performance improvements. The position offers the opportunity to directly influence customer engagement, conversion performance, and revenue growth within a Media environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead management of commercial partnerships for UFC and TKO properties
• Drive strategic planning to identify partnership growth opportunities
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders for seamless partner activation
• Oversee execution of partner marketing at TKO events as PM lead
• Build and maintain strong relationships with brand partners at events
• Support revenue growth through renewals and cross-sell opportunities
• Develop executive-ready business reviews and strategic partnership insights

Qualifications

• 12+ years in partnership marketing or related fields, ideally in sports/entertainment/media
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and managing complex partnerships
• Strong understanding of brand partnerships and sponsorship marketing
• Proven success in partnership renewals and revenue generation
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience mentoring team members in high-paced environments
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sports Management or similar; MBA preferred
