Senior Director, Order to Cash

Responsibilities

• Partner with business functions to identify and close gaps in customer experience
• Collaborate with technology partners to enhance invoicing accuracy and efficiency
• Lead a global team focused on order processing, cash application, and collections
• Address customer issues and remove recurring obstacles to improve company success
• Develop and communicate key performance indicators for order management and accounts receivable

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Order to Cash, Revenue Operations, or similar fields with oversight of Collections
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills coupled with change leadership capabilities
• Ability to shift between strategic thinking and detailed execution based on audience needs
• Prominent track record of thriving in ambiguous, fast-paced environments
• Strong relationship-building skills with peers and senior leadership
• Excellent communication and influencing skills, especially in remote team management
• Customer Experience mindset with the ability to enhance processes for better outcomes
• Experience with Salesforce and/or NetSuite is highly valued
• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance is required

Pay

$160,000 – $201,000 annually
