Senior Director, Oncology Clinical Educators

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Director, Oncology Clinical Educators to join the team of a leader in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space. This role will help shape access strategy and payer engagement for an oncology-focused portfolio in a highly regulated U.S. healthcare environment. The Senior Director will partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders to support coverage, reimbursement, and patient access outcomes. This position will also serve as a key bridge between external account relationships and internal teams working to communicate product value and remove access barriers. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $197,000 – $246,500 annually Responsibilities Establish and deepen relationships with health insurers, PBMs, and key decision makers Influence policies and contracts to support timely coverage and reimbursement Implement brand access strategies and resolve access issues Collaborate with Medical Affairs to communicate product value to payers Support Patient Services in resolving coverage issues for patients Assist Regional Sales teams with strategies based on payer coverage Co-create account-level strategies and tools for effective product communication Qualifications Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare, or related field; advanced degree preferred 10+ years of experience in the biotech/pharmaceutical industry 5+ years of account management experience in the oncology access marketplace Proven success engaging with U.S. payers, MACs, PBMs, and IDNs Strong understanding of the U.S. healthcare payer/access landscape and regulatory environment Excellent strategic thinking, leadership, negotiation, and relationship management skills Exceptional communication and presentation skills Benefits Comprehensive health insurance plans Retirement savings options with company match Generous paid time off and holiday schedule Professional development opportunities Flexible work arrangements Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
