Senior Director of Talent Acquisition, Production

Responsibilities

• Partner with Talent Leadership to provide updates on recruiting progress and challenges
• Create a targeted talent map and sourcing strategy for division-specific talent profiles
• Refined interview processes for production teams, maintaining core attributes while introducing necessary changes
• Manage and set goals for recruiting leads and managers
• Take ownership of production hiring and design recruiting strategies in collaboration with key leaders
• Collaborate with People/HRBPs on headcount planning and retention efforts
• Work with executive recruiting on leadership positions in production

Qualifications

• 12+ years of talent acquisition experience with 5+ years in a leadership role in fast-paced production environments
• Proven success in developing and executing talent acquisition strategies in the production sector
• Strong knowledge of recruitment processes for production and corporate roles
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Familiarity with ATS (Greenhouse + Gem preferred) and HR databases
• Understanding of employment laws related to hiring, including production labor standards
