As Aeon continues to grow, we are seeking an experienced Senior Director of Marketing to build and scale the company's marketing function, elevate brand awareness, and establish Aeon as a recognized leader within the defense technology sector. This is a unique opportunity for a strategic and hands-on marketing leader who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys building organizations, processes, and capabilities from the ground up.

We are a vertically integrated defense manufacturer developing and producing advanced strike systems and critical subsystems at industrial scale for major defense programs. • Elevate brand awareness and establish Aeon as a recognized leader in the defense technology sector
• Develop and execute marketing strategies to support business growth and objectives

Qualifications

• Experienced marketing leader with a proven track record of building and scaling marketing functions
• Strategic and hands-on approach, with the ability to thrive in fast-paced environments
• Experience in the defense or aerospace industry is preferred
