About the role

The Senior Director of Clinical Recruiting at K Health will lead the development and scaling of the clinician workforce for a rapidly growing virtual care platform. This role requires a proven track record in healthcare recruiting, particularly in clinical hiring, and experience in scaling a nationwide clinician workforce.

Responsibilities

  • Drive National Recruiting Strategy: Design, execute, and scale an end-to-end recruitment strategy for primary care clinicians across all 50 states to meet clinical and business demand.
  • Executive & Stakeholder Partnership: Collaborate directly with the CMO, executive leadership, and external health system partners to align talent supply with clinical demand and growth initiatives.
  • Scale Virtual Workforces: Build agile pipeline strategies tailored specifically for virtual healthcare environments and rapid-growth organizations.
  • Leverage Network & Playbooks: Utilize an existing network/rolodex of nationwide primary care clinicians and deploy proven sourcing playbooks to accelerate hiring.
  • Optimize Operations & Metrics: Establish recruitment SLAs, track key metrics, and continuously refine intake and interview processes to optimize candidate experience and time-to-fill.

Requirements

  • Experience: 8+ years of talent acquisition experience, with a heavy emphasis on healthcare recruiting and clinical hiring.
  • Leadership & Scaling: 3+ years of direct experience scaling a nationwide primary care or telehealth clinician workforce within a fast-growing virtual healthcare organization.
  • Strategic Playbooks: Proven track record of developing and deploying sourcing playbooks and leveraging a deep, active network/rolodex of primary care clinicians.
  • Stakeholder Management: Demonstrated experience navigating and managing complex internal and external health system partnership requirements.

Qualifications

  • Prior experience working in a venture-backed healthtech or high-growth startup environment.
  • Deep familiarity with clinical credentialing processes, multi-state licensure nuances, and telehealth compliance standards.

  • Proven ability to develop and execute comprehensive recruiting strategies.
  • Strong understanding of virtual healthcare environments and regulatory compliance.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
