As a Senior Director of Architecture at JPMorganChase within the Consumer & Community Banking(CB Shared Tech Executive), you lead across multiple areas, manage the activities of multiple departments, and collaborate across both business and technical domains in the Architecture function to execute critical initiatives of the function. Your expertise is applied cross-functionally to drive the adoption and implementation of technical methods within various teams and aid the firm in remaining at the forefront of industry trends, best practices, and technological advances. Job Responsibilities Leads multiple architecture and process implementations across departments to achieve firmwide architecture objectives and manages multiple stakeholders, complex projects, and large cross-product collaborationsSets reuse-first expectations for enterprise-authorized AI adoption within the work environment across architecture domains to accelerate delivery and improve decision quality, with human-in-the-loop validation and appropriate handling of sensitive data.Directly manages multiple areas with strategic transactional focus and provides leadership and high-level direction to teams while frequently overseeing employee populations across multiple platforms, divisions, and lines of businessActs as the primary interface with senior leaders, stakeholders, and executives while driving consensus across competing objectivesEstablishes cross-department governance for AI-assisted and agentic workflows used in architecture decisioning and delivery, including traceability/auditability and control expectations aligned to resiliency and security standards. Required Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills Formal training or certification on architecture concepts and 10+ years applied experience Experience developing or leading large and sometimes cross-functional teams of architectsDemonstrated experience leading safe adoption of enterprise-authorized AI capabilities within the work environment across multiple architecture teams, including validation practices and awareness of data sensitivity.Ability to define governance expectations for AI-assisted and agentic workflows, including human approval checkpoints, auditability, and control boundaries aligned to resiliency, security, and operational risk outcomes.Experience leading complex projects supporting system design, testing, and operational stabilityExperience hiring, developing, and recognizing talentExtensive practical cloud native experience About Us Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills Chase is a leading financial services firm, helping nearly half of America's households and small businesses achieve their financial goals through a broad range of financial products.
