Responsibilities
- Lead and support Directors of Administration to ensure operational consistency across offices
- Collaborate with CFO to create efficient administrative strategies and best practices
- Cultivate a unified high-performing administrative culture within the Firm
- Optimize structures, workflows, and service models for enhanced efficiency
- Oversee the Firm's national real estate portfolio and lease negotiations with external partners
- Manage all aspects of facilities, including space planning and capital projects
- Oversee procurement for facilities operations, ensuring cost-effectiveness
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field; advanced degree preferred
- 15+ years of leadership experience in administration, real estate or facilities management within a legal or professional services environment
- Experience overseeing multi-location office operations and managing large teams
- Extensive knowledge of real estate strategy, lease administration, and facilities operations
- Demonstrated ability to manage large-scale initiatives and competing priorities effectively
- Strong financial skills in budgeting, forecasting, and cost management
- Exceptional leadership and people management abilities
