Responsibilities

  • Lead and support Directors of Administration to ensure operational consistency across offices
  • Collaborate with CFO to create efficient administrative strategies and best practices
  • Cultivate a unified high-performing administrative culture within the Firm
  • Optimize structures, workflows, and service models for enhanced efficiency
  • Oversee the Firm's national real estate portfolio and lease negotiations with external partners
  • Manage all aspects of facilities, including space planning and capital projects
  • Oversee procurement for facilities operations, ensuring cost-effectiveness

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field; advanced degree preferred
  • 15+ years of leadership experience in administration, real estate or facilities management within a legal or professional services environment
  • Experience overseeing multi-location office operations and managing large teams
  • Extensive knowledge of real estate strategy, lease administration, and facilities operations
  • Demonstrated ability to manage large-scale initiatives and competing priorities effectively
  • Strong financial skills in budgeting, forecasting, and cost management
  • Exceptional leadership and people management abilities
