This role will lead operational priorities where safety, quality, compliance, and execution discipline are central to success. You will collaborate with field leadership, support functions, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve accountability, service delivery, and operational consistency. The position offers the opportunity to influence operational scale, customer outcomes, and organizational performance within a healthcare environment.
Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available.
Responsibilities
- Drive delivery performance metrics for LTL, parcel, and courier channels
- Establish service level standards per customer expectations
- Lead root cause analysis and corrective action for service failures
- Manage transportation P&L, ensuring budget compliance
- Develop annual budgets with variance analysis
- Identify cost optimization through various strategies
- Build strategic relationships with key carrier partners
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field; Master's preferred
- 12+ years in transportation/logistics or related
- 8+ years in management capacity required
- Strong knowledge in carrier strategy and vendor management
- CSCP, CLTD, or CPIM certification preferred

Pay
$150,000 – $180,000 annually
