Senior Director, Logistics & Transportation

This role will lead operational priorities where safety, quality, compliance, and execution discipline are central to success. You will collaborate with field leadership, support functions, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve accountability, service delivery, and operational consistency. The position offers the opportunity to influence operational scale, customer outcomes, and organizational performance within a healthcare environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Drive delivery performance metrics for LTL, parcel, and courier channels
• Establish service level standards per customer expectations
• Lead root cause analysis and corrective action for service failures
• Manage transportation P&L, ensuring budget compliance
• Develop annual budgets with variance analysis
• Identify cost optimization through various strategies
• Build strategic relationships with key carrier partners

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field; Master's preferred
• 12+ years in transportation/logistics or related
• 8+ years in management capacity required
• Strong knowledge in carrier strategy and vendor management
• CSCP, CLTD, or CPIM certification preferred

Pay

$150,000 – $180,000 annually
