Senior Director, Logistics

About the role

This senior leadership role will own logistics strategy and execution for complex energy operations, with a strong emphasis on safe, cost-effective movement and delivery. The position will help build scalable transportation and network capabilities to support growth, new product launches, and large-scale project activity. It will also partner closely with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to align logistics planning with sourcing, production, and broader business priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy and execution for product movement and delivery, ensuring safe and cost-effective operations
• Own the transportation function and align execution with sourcing and production strategies
• Establish scalable logistics network strategies to support North America expansion
• Lead logistics capacity and asset planning, including fleet sizing and related resource planning
• Ensure logistics readiness for new product launches and large-scale projects
• Drive continuous improvement and cost optimization across logistics operations
• Partner cross-functionally to align logistics strategy with business priorities

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field; equivalent experience considered
• 10+ years of logistics or supply chain experience, including leadership in complex, high-growth environments
• Deep expertise in transportation and logistics strategy, preferably within energy, industrial, or infrastructure sectors
• Experience with hydrogen, hazardous materials, or over-dimensional logistics strongly preferred
• Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, cost optimization, and contract negotiation

Pay

$160,000 – $190,000 annually
