Senior Director, Investor Relations
About the role
For our client, we are seeking a Senior Director, Investor Relations to join the team of a leader in the Finance & Insurance space. This role will lead the company’s investor relations strategy and shape how the organization communicates its financial performance and long-term value proposition to the market. The ideal candidate will partner closely with executive leadership, finance, and other internal stakeholders to ensure external messaging is clear, consistent, and credible. This position will also play a key role in preparing earnings materials, investor presentations, and strategic recommendations that support informed decision-making. The work will directly influence how investors and analysts understand the company’s results, outlook, and strategic priorities. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and execute the investor relations strategy to ensure clear and effective messaging
- Develop and maintain compelling investment narratives for stakeholders
- Prepare materials for earnings announcements and investor presentations
- Collaborate with multiple departments to ensure consistent external communications
- Monitor market trends and investor sentiment to inform leadership
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- 10+ years of experience in investor relations or corporate finance roles
- 6+ years of experience in leadership positions managing teams or initiatives
- Proven ability to develop strategic recommendations for executives
- Experience with public company reporting and investor communications

Pay
$230,000 – $260,000 annually
