Responsibilities
- Lead preparation of quarterly earnings materials with an operator's rigor
- Serve as primary spokesperson with institutional investors and analysts
- Partner with leadership to refine long-term investment messaging
- Maintain relationships with long-only funds and hedge funds
- Provide board-level insights on shareholder composition and market sentiment
- Monitor the payments and fintech landscape for actionable intelligence
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure consistency in investor materials
- Implement processes to professionalize and scale the IR function using AI
Qualifications
- Finance, economics, accounting, or related degree; MBA or CFA preferred
- 15+ years of experience in investor relations or related fields
- Demonstrated ability in financial modeling and executive-level communication
- Familiarity with payments and fintech business models
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Strong understanding of equity valuation and capital market dynamics
- Proven relationship-building skills with institutional investors and analysts
