Senior Director, Investor Relations

Responsibilities

• Lead preparation of quarterly earnings materials with an operator's rigor
• Serve as primary spokesperson with institutional investors and analysts
• Partner with leadership to refine long-term investment messaging
• Maintain relationships with long-only funds and hedge funds
• Provide board-level insights on shareholder composition and market sentiment
• Monitor the payments and fintech landscape for actionable intelligence
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure consistency in investor materials
• Implement processes to professionalize and scale the IR function using AI

Qualifications

• Finance, economics, accounting, or related degree; MBA or CFA preferred
• 15+ years of experience in investor relations or related fields
• Demonstrated ability in financial modeling and executive-level communication
• Familiarity with payments and fintech business models
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Strong understanding of equity valuation and capital market dynamics
• Proven relationship-building skills with institutional investors and analysts
