Responsibilities
- Serve as senior People partner to Product and Technology leaders
- Translate business strategy into workforce planning and org design
- Coach leaders through high-stakes situations and decision-making
- Drive performance management and manager enablement for Product and Technology
- Own learning and development strategy company-wide
- Build and optimize learning paths and career development resources
- Utilize people data to enhance decision-making and program effectiveness
Qualifications
- 12+ years of progressive HR experience in technical environments
- Experience building learning and development programs from scratch
- Strong business acumen connecting product and tech decisions to company strategy
- Proven ability to lead org design, workforce planning, and performance management
- Experience in LMS selection and optimization
- High judgment in complex people matters
- Strong data fluency to analyze people metrics and drive decisions
