This role owns the end-to-end deal lifecycle—from origination through execution and integration—and serves as a key strategic advisor to the CEO, CFO, and Executive Leadership Team.

Position Summary
The Global Head of M&A and Partnerships is responsible for leading all aspects of inorganic growth across the enterprise, including acquisitions, divestitures, strategic investments, and partnerships. This role owns the end-to-end deal lifecycle—from origination through execution and integration—and serves as a key strategic advisor to the CEO, CFO, and Executive Leadership Team.

Requirements
- Minimum Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- Preferred Education: MBA or other advanced degree in Finance or Business
- Minimum Experience: 12+ years of experience in M&A, investment banking, private equity, or corporate development
- Preferred Experience: Experience in multi-site retail, fuel, or adjacent industries; experience in both transaction execution and post-merger integration; experience supporting executive leadership and Board-level decision-making; experience operating in a multinational environment
- Licenses/Certifications: CPA, CFA, or equivalent preferred but not required
- Soft Skills: Strong strategic thinking and commercial judgment; excellent financial modeling and valuation expertise; executive-level communication and presentation skills; ability to operate effectively in high-pressure, fast-paced environments; strong leadership and stakeholder management capabilities; high degree of ownership and accountability
