Responsibilities

• Lead and scale the M&A integration function
• Advise on high-impact transactions and integration planning
• Set integration strategy across the entire deal lifecycle
• Translate deal intent into actionable integration plans
• Drive value realization by identifying and mitigating risks

Qualifications

• 15+ years in M&A integration, consulting, or enterprise transformation
• Proven leadership in complex integrations within global, matrixed organizations
• Strong experience influencing senior leaders and cross-functional teams
• Demonstrated track record of developing high-performing teams
• Excellent communication skills to build trust with executive partners
• Familiarity with M&A tools and a strong command of AI applications in M&A
