For our client, we are seeking a Senior Director Global Head Of Partner Strategy And Business Operations to join the team of a leader in the Consumer Technology space. This role will lead operational priorities focused on execution quality, efficiency, safety, and measurable performance outcomes. You will collaborate with field leadership, support functions, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve accountability, service delivery, and operational consistency. The position offers the opportunity to influence operational scale, customer outcomes, and organizational performance within a technology-driven environment. Location: San Jose, CA - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $244,600 – $380,225 annually Responsibilities Define strategic priorities for the Partnerships team, aligning with the company’s key product goals Identify and anticipate high-impact partnership opportunities Track performance metrics and derive actionable insights for strategy iteration Manage the budget and headcount planning within the Partnerships team Design efficient end-to-end processes for partnership management and operations Guide and develop team members to turn analyses into strategic recommendations Effectively communicate the partnerships strategy to cross-functional teams and executives Qualifications 15+ years of experience in strategy and partnerships or operations, ideally in software or tech sectors Demonstrated capacity for leading complex strategic initiatives in a large organization Strong analytical skills complemented by excellent communication and influencing abilities Experience in building and leading high-performing teams Preferred: Background in partner strategy at a technology firm, advanced degree in a relevant field, and familiarity with the company’s product suite Benefits Comprehensive health and wellness programs Opportunity for professional development and advancement opportunities Potential for equity awards based on performance Flexible working environment promoting work-life balance Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
