Senior Director, Global Head of Partner Strategy and Business Operations

This role will lead operational priorities focused on execution quality, efficiency, safety, and measurable performance outcomes. You will collaborate with field leadership, support functions, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve accountability, service delivery, and operational consistency. Responsibilities

• Define and anticipate strategic opportunities aligned with the company’s product priorities
• Set category strategy and ensure alignment with company priorities through regular planning cycles
• Track partnership performance metrics to inform and refine strategy
• Manage budgeting, headcount, and resource allocation efficiently
• Develop and coach the team to translate analysis into actionable strategies
• Communicate the partnerships strategy effectively to cross-functional teams and executives
• Design streamlined processes for partnership operations to enhance efficiency

Requirements

• 15+ years in strategy and partnerships, business development or operations, preferably in software, cloud, or internet
• Proven experience leading complex strategic and operational initiatives in a global organization
• Strong analytical capabilities and excellent executive communication skills
• Capability to build and lead high-performing teams
• Experience in partner strategy or partner operations at a technology company (preferred)
• Advanced degree or equivalent experience in a related field (preferred)
• Familiarity with the company products and a passion for the digital transformation arena (preferred)

Pay

$244,600 – $380,225 annually
