About the role
The Partnerships Strategy & Operations leader at Adobe drives growth and access to new technology by partnering with top tech companies. This role owns two interconnected mandates: defining strategy by identifying high-impact opportunities and crafting the frameworks the Partnerships team follows, and driving insights and operational excellence by tracking performance and managing the budget, headcount, and goals and achievements rhythms.
Strategy
- Lead the "top of the funnel" and "see around corners."
- Anticipate high-impact opportunities aligned to Adobe's product priorities.
- Set category strategy and prioritization for the Partnerships team.
- Keep the strategy aligned to the company's priorities through annual Interlocks and QBRs.
- Feed collaborative insights back as input to Adobe's broader strategy and prioritization.
Insights & Operations
- Track partnership metrics and derive insights to iterate on strategy.
- Define and track Corporate Partnerships OKRs; own budget tracking, headcount planning, and resource reallocation.
- Design end-to-end partnership processes that keep the group aligned and efficient.
Leadership & Communication
- Manage and develop the team, coaching it to turn analyses into actionable recommendations.
- Persuasively communicate the partnerships strategy and plan to cross-functional teams and executives.
What You Need to Succeed
- 15+ years combined across strategy (consulting, private equity, or corporate strategy) and partnerships, business development, or operations — ideally in software, cloud, or internet.
- A track record leading complex strategic and operational initiatives in a global, matrixed organization.
- Strong analytical rigor and excellent executive communication and influence.
- Experience building and leading high-performing teams.
Preferred
- Preferred prior partner strategy or partner operations experience at a technology company.
- An advanced degree or equivalent experience in a technical, management, or engineering field.
- Familiarity with Adobe's products and passion for the collaboration, creativity, and digital transformation spaces.
Pay
Expected Pay Range: $201,100 -- $380,225 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
