About the role

The Partnerships Strategy & Operations leader at Adobe drives growth and access to new technology by partnering with top tech companies. This role owns two interconnected mandates: defining strategy by identifying high-impact opportunities and crafting the frameworks the Partnerships team follows, and driving insights and operational excellence by tracking performance and managing the budget, headcount, and goals and achievements rhythms.

Strategy

  • Lead the "top of the funnel" and "see around corners."
  • Anticipate high-impact opportunities aligned to Adobe's product priorities.
  • Set category strategy and prioritization for the Partnerships team.
  • Keep the strategy aligned to the company's priorities through annual Interlocks and QBRs.
  • Feed collaborative insights back as input to Adobe's broader strategy and prioritization.

Insights & Operations

  • Track partnership metrics and derive insights to iterate on strategy.
  • Define and track Corporate Partnerships OKRs; own budget tracking, headcount planning, and resource reallocation.
  • Design end-to-end partnership processes that keep the group aligned and efficient.

Leadership & Communication

  • Manage and develop the team, coaching it to turn analyses into actionable recommendations.
  • Persuasively communicate the partnerships strategy and plan to cross-functional teams and executives.

What You Need to Succeed

  • 15+ years combined across strategy (consulting, private equity, or corporate strategy) and partnerships, business development, or operations — ideally in software, cloud, or internet.
  • A track record leading complex strategic and operational initiatives in a global, matrixed organization.
  • Strong analytical rigor and excellent executive communication and influence.
  • Experience building and leading high-performing teams.

Preferred

  • Preferred prior partner strategy or partner operations experience at a technology company.
  • An advanced degree or equivalent experience in a technical, management, or engineering field.
  • Familiarity with Adobe's products and passion for the collaboration, creativity, and digital transformation spaces.

Pay

Expected Pay Range: $201,100 -- $380,225 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
