Create and maintain Procore’s partner data strategy, serving as the primary liaison to Data Insights teams and ensuring data integrity, reporting accuracy, and actionable insights.
Establish scalable governance processes through standardized scorecards, quarterly business reviews, pipeline review cadences, and executive reporting frameworks.
Collaborate with Revenue Enablement and regional leadership teams to scale partner training programs that drive measurable pipeline growth and increased deal velocity.
Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of operations and program management professionals while serving as a strategic bridge between regional go-to-market teams and Corporate/Product Strategy.
