Requirements

• 5+ years of experience leading teams in sales, business development, strategic partnerships, or account management roles.
• Significant knowledge of the GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) landscape and related market trends.
• Proven success managing global partnerships with systems integrators, consulting firms, or audit organizations.
• Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed revenue targets through partner-led growth strategies.
• Strong executive presence with excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to develop scalable partner programs and translate strategy into measurable business outcomes.
• Self-motivated, resourceful, and comfortable navigating ambiguity in a high-growth environment.
• Strong strategic thinking combined with the ability to execute operationally.
