Senior Director, Global GSI and Audit Firm Alliances

About the role

We are looking for a Sr. Director, Global GSI and Audit Firm Alliances to oversee the management and development of our strategic partnerships with global systems integrators and audit firms with the goal of embedding Drata into their practices. The ideal candidate will be knowledgeable and comfortable in the compliance space and will have the ability to successfully manage these relationships for revenue generation as well as maintaining current customer relationships. This role is cross-functional, working with our C-suite, sales, business development, and our audit alliance team.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the team while managing and growing our network of strategic partners
  • Extend company reach by driving new revenue streams with our partners
  • Implement mutually beneficial programs which promote the automation of security compliance
  • Represent Drata as a product advocate in the partner ecosystem
  • Generate sales revenue by actively promoting and teaching partners which Drata products will be a good fit for their customers
  • Apply knowledge of customers, audit industry and Drata’s products to achieve revenue objectives
  • Build deep relationships and enable firms to be successful using Drata’s software
  • Implement programs to onboard partners, measure their effectiveness, and report on their performance leading to new alliance partnerships

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience leading a team with a focus on sales, business development, or account management
  • Significant understanding of the GRC landscape
  • A top performer with a considerable track record of meeting and exceeding targets
  • Self-starter who brings ideas to life and takes pride in results
  • Resourceful, finding ways to get things done regardless of the obstacles

Pay

The expected OTE range for this role is $294,100 - $363,300, subject to change. A variety of factors are considered when determining someone’s leveling and compensation—including a candidate’s professional background and experience. This range may be modified in the future and final offer amounts may vary from the amounts listed above.
