Senior Director, Corporate Ticket Sales

Individual Responsibilities

  • Generate new and recurring sales from businesses through the sales of season tickets, premium group hospitality packages, and other ancillary ticket products
  • Meet and exceed individual sales goals and contribute to team sales goals
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and discovery through pitch and contract execution
  • Conduct outbound prospecting activities, including calls, emails, networking, and in-person meetings, to identify and qualify new business opportunities
  • Build, manage, and maintain a consistent pipeline of qualified prospects to support achievement of individual revenue goals
  • Maintain accurate and timely records of sales activities, pipeline stages, and client interactions within CRM and internal systems
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, service, and sales leadership teams to support premium sales initiatives and campaigns
  • Engage with fans and customers in-stadium during games to provide high-level customer care
  • Represent Forward Madison FC and Rally Madison FC in a professional manner at various networking and community events
  • Develop an in-depth knowledge of club CRM and ticketing systems
  • Must be willing to work non-traditional hours, weekends, events and game days and provide assistance with game day duties as assigned
  • The candidate will be accountable for certain levels of activity (calls made/appointments set) and goals
  • Other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 3+ years of sales experience with a proven track record of ticked-related and/or B2B sales, with experience selling products, services, or experiences on the phone, virtually, or in-person
  • Proven track record of generating customer leads and of converting prospects to sales and ability to manage multiple sales opportunities simultaneously
  • Experience with tracking and reporting on sales and customer data via a CRM and/or ticket system
  • Excellent relationship-building and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact comfortably and effectively with internal and external clients at all levels of an organization
  • Ability to foster a positive team culture, work well and collaboratively with others
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in or ability to be trained in ticketing/CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, or other equivalent software and other computer skills required
  • Possess an active WI Driver’s License in good standing
  • Use of a personal vehicle to attend offsite meetings with clients and prospects
  • Possess a willingness to work long hours, evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed to support the success of client outings
