Senior Director, Contracting

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the end-to-end contracting function for all agreement types
• Design, implement, and improve scalable contracting processes and governance
• Establish clear SLAs, prioritization frameworks, and performance metrics
• Drive operational excellence across the entire contract lifecycle
• Oversee and optimize the contract lifecycle management system
• Review, structure, and negotiate complex agreements
• Foster relationships with cross-functional partners and provide guidance

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in contracting, legal operations, or related function within healthcare
• 5+ years of people leadership experience, managing managers or senior contributors
• Deep experience with multiple contract types in healthcare (client, vendor, partner agreements)
• Strong understanding of contract structures, negotiation strategies, and risk management
• Experience with contract lifecycle management systems (e.g., Ironclad)

Pay

$180,000 – $195,000 annually
