Our mission is to help people live their best lives with industry-leading technology through personalized, holistic well-being. What sets us apart is our dedication to tailoring solutions to the unique needs of each customer we serve.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as WellRight's expert resource for trends in benefit consulting and wellbeing: Track current Consultant thinking on wellbeing and regularly communicate relevant information to WellRight sales, marketing, customer success, and product teams.
  • Develop a clear understanding of Consultants' needs and challenges and how WellRight can provide solutions through existing strategies, new strategies or custom solutions.
  • Solicit product and market feedback from Consultants and communicate this feedback to sales, marketing, customer success, and product teams (e.g., feature requests, market trends, competition intelligence, new opportunities).
  • Serve as "the voice" of the Consultant community within WellRight in strategy discussions with sales, marketing, product, customer success, and management.
  • Connect and make Regional Sales Manager introductions to new territory broker relationships.
  • Develop strategies based on this feedback that can be executed to drive greater penetration and market presence.
  • Build relationships between WellRight and the Consultant community: Identify key broker/consulting firms and local offices for wellbeing engagements and identify key healthcare/benefits/wellbeing leaders and producers within those offices.
  • Manage day-to-day interactions with office/regional/national leadership at key consulting firms by owning existing relationships with those firms.
  • Serve as the WellRight "evangelist" with key firms and consultants – confidently, accurately, and compellingly conveying information on WellRight and its value proposition.
  • Build relationships between the WellRight sales team and key Consultants at the corporate and local office level.
  • Lead, partner, and collaborate with sales and marketing on outreach initiatives targeting the Consultant community to increase brand awareness, create interest in WellRight's value proposition, and generate leads.
  • Identify/develop opportunities to present WellRight to the Consultant community via events such as office meetings, conferences, etc.
  • Develop and implement measures of success for outreach initiatives for each targeted firm.
  • Enhance WellRight sales in consultant-driven opportunities: Analyze CRM data and the consultant contact database to support the development of an outreach strategy to target specific consulting firms nationally and by territory.
  • Develop a pipeline of Consultants likely to produce leads and sales in alignment with objectives that are established annually.
  • Create processes with sales and business development teams to document all Consultant contacts and activities in WellRight sales tools and systems, resulting in a territory "heat map".
  • Coordinate WellRight organizational resources and activities to support broker/consultant relationship-building activities.
  • Review WellRight sales and marketing materials (e.g., proposals, RFP responses, collateral, etc) targeted toward Consultants to ensure consistent and impactful messaging.
  • Support finalist meetings to win new business by serving as a subject matter expert for WellRight strategy to the participating Consultants.
  • Develop and provide key metrics to show progress and results and to drive ongoing program evolution.

Requirements

  • Deep knowledge of wellbeing and benefit consulting required, typically gained through 10+ years in strategy, sales, or benefit consulting.
  • Established network of relationships within the Consultant community, with a track record of selling into that community.
  • Track record of setting strategic direction and translating it into operational execution, including in ambiguous or fast-changing situations.
  • Proven project management skills, with experience managing multiple complex, concurrent projects and defining metrics to track results.
  • Strong written and verbal communicator, able to explain complex ideas clearly and build consensus while raising dissenting views constructively.
