Senior Director, Compliance Training

This role will provide business-aligned guidance focused on governance, compliance, and operational risk management. You will partner with leaders, compliance stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to translate complex issues into practical recommendations. Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a global compliance training strategy aligned with business goals and regulations
• Advise senior leadership on compliance training risks and mitigation strategies
• Evolve training programs based on regulatory changes and company risk
• Design and deliver compliance training programs tailored for diverse audiences
• Ensure effective integration of compliance and legal training within broader training initiatives
• Track performance metrics to evaluate training effectiveness
• Explore innovative training approaches to improve engagement and learning retention

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred (JD, MBA, MPH, or related)
• 12+ years of compliance, ethics, or training experience in life sciences
• Significant experience with global compliance training programs
• In-depth knowledge of healthcare compliance requirements
• Strong understanding of instructional design and adult learning principles
• Proven leadership and communication skills across cross-functional teams
• Experience with learning management systems and training analytics

Pay

$244,000 – $305,000 annually
