This role will provide business-aligned guidance focused on governance, compliance, and operational risk management. You will partner with leaders, compliance stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to translate complex issues into practical recommendations. Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a global compliance training strategy aligned with business goals and regulations
- Advise senior leadership on compliance training risks and mitigation strategies
- Evolve training programs based on regulatory changes and company risk
- Design and deliver compliance training programs tailored for diverse audiences
- Ensure effective integration of compliance and legal training within broader training initiatives
- Track performance metrics to evaluate training effectiveness
- Explore innovative training approaches to improve engagement and learning retention
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred (JD, MBA, MPH, or related)
- 12+ years of compliance, ethics, or training experience in life sciences
- Significant experience with global compliance training programs
- In-depth knowledge of healthcare compliance requirements
- Strong understanding of instructional design and adult learning principles
- Proven leadership and communication skills across cross-functional teams
- Experience with learning management systems and training analytics

Pay
$244,000 – $305,000 annually
