Responsibilities
- Lead the Operations transformation agenda, focusing on AI and automation solutions
- Reimagine workflows to achieve significant improvements in efficiency, quality, and speed
- Act as the primary liaison for company-wide automation and AI initiatives, aligning with Technology, Customer Success, Revenue, and Finance
- Build change management capabilities within the organization for sustainable transformation
- Develop and retain a high-performing Central Operations team with a culture of accountability and excellence
- Define and maintain operational standards, including SOPs and quality benchmarks
- Own the KPI framework and ensure timely, reliable reporting across operations
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in operations, business operations, product, or related function with at least 3-5 years in leadership roles
- Successful track record building operational infrastructure like SOPs, KPIs, and controls frameworks in scaling organizations
- Experience leading transformation or automation initiatives with hands-on expertise in AI or process automation tools
- Strong analytical skills to define metrics, ensure data quality, and convert reporting into actionable insights
- Experience managing operational tools and third-party platforms
- Experience developing or overseeing learning and development programs in operations contexts
- Exceptional influencing and communication abilities to drive change across teams and influence executives
